Windows VMs reboot takes at least 20 minutes as soon as Sangfor VM Tools are installed 5

Hello there,

we are currently experiencing an issue where our VMs take an unusually long time to reboot after installing the VM Tools.

For background, these VMs were migrated from a VMware environment using SCMT.

Interestingly, once the VM Tools are uninstalled, the reboot process returns to normal.

Environment:

Sangfor Version: 6.11.3
VM Tools Version: 2.259.0.2.214.0

Could you please advise if this is a known issue or if there are any recommended troubleshooting steps or configuration changes we should check?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
