Yes. This depends on how SCP1 and SCP2 are implemented and whether they are part of the same Sangfor HCI cluster.

If you mean that SCP1 and SCP2 are two separate Sangfor HCI management platforms/clusters, then live migration is not possible, even if they are on the same Layer 2 or Layer 3 network.

No, live migration is not supported between two independent Sangfor HCI clusters (SCP1 → SCP2) even if they are on the same network.

Live VM Migration: Not supported between different clusters. It only works within the same HCI cluster where hosts share the same cluster management and storage.

Storage Migration: Not supported as a live storage migration between two independent clusters.

Supported migration methods between SCP1 and SCP2:

Export the VM (or create a backup/replica) from SCP1 and import/restore it into SCP2.
Use Sangfor Backup/Disaster Recovery or third-party backup software to restore the VM on SCP2.
