[Scenario] layout
[Issue] Page layout feels dense; hard to scan quickly, especially with many versions listed
[Suggestion] Improve UI with collapsible sections per version and better visual hierarchy

[Scenario] Searching for hci downloads
[Issue] can't see hci on mail software downloads page, i have to search for it
[Suggestion] on my honest opinion, it's better to show all the product as on the sangfor original download page. i htink that it's more an efficient way to show it as often, we have no time and we need to find the downloads we need asap.

[Scenario] hci download list
[Issue] i don't get why i siee an all version item in the middle of download section the contains document instead.
[Suggestion] on my honest opinion, it's better to keep software and documents download section separated

Searching for a specific NSF firmware version
Version filters are unclear and build numbers are mixed with major versions
Add separate filters for "Major Version" vs "Build Number" and enable exact keyword search for builds like 8.0.107
Downloading multiple rule databases + tools together
No bulk download option, have to click each file one by one
Add "Select Multiple > Download as ZIP" to reduce clicks and save time[Scenario][Issue][Suggestion]3.
Checking documentation before downloading firmware
Release notes and Upgrade Path Matrix are on different pages
Link the "Upgrade Path Matrix" and "Compatibility Guide" directly on the firmware download

Search & Filtering Experience
The version and content directory filters work well. However, it would help to add a "Scenario" filter, e.g., "HA Setup", "XDR Onboarding", "Upgrade Path". Also, searching by exact build number could be improved.

2. Download Steps & Usability
Downloads start in one click, which is good. Suggestion: Add a "Select Multiple > Download as ZIP" option to avoid downloading rule DBs, tools, and firmware separately.
3. Documentation Clarity
Guides and release notes are easy to find. It would be better if the "Upgrade Path Matrix" and compatibility notes were linked directly on the firmware/tool download page, instead of being on a separate page.
4. Navigation & Page Layout
The new ONE-STOP layout is cleaner, but the old "Self Service > Download" tree structure is missed. It made it easier to drill down by product > version. The current single-page list feels a bit cluttered for large products like NSF.
5. Download Speed & Stability
Download speed from Pakistan is stable at ∼5-8MB/s with no disconnects. Request: Add "Resume Download" support for large files >2GB, like NGFW firmware packages.6. Other Ideas to Improve
Show MD5/SHA256 hashes directly on the download page for integrity checks.
Add email alerts when a new version is released for subscribed products.
Allow public/guest access for End-of-Life products without login.

[Scenario] Searching for a specific product version or package
[Issue] It can take several clicks to locate the required version
[Suggestion] Add a global keyword search that supports product name, version number, file name, and release date.
pmateus Lv3Posted 2026-Jul-02 16:33

[Scenario] Check the most used versions, recent or older.
[Issue] Is not easy to compare the versions and see the ones are more used.
[Suggestion] Provide sorting options Newest, Oldest, Most Downloaded
pmateus Lv3Posted 2026-Jul-02 16:36

[Scenario] Reviewing release notes and documentation before download
[Issue] Difficult to quickly see the changes
[Suggestion] Add an expandable preview panel for release notes and important changes directly on the download page. Highlight critical fixes, security updates, and known issues.
