We have a locally hosted web app running over https over our dmz, but the browser redirects to the http authentication portal of Athena NGFW,

we have disabled the authentication portal already but somehow the http service of the fw is still up. how do i disable this? or change the http port of the authentication portal?

Disabling the seemingly active "authentication portal" doesn't stop the firewall from listening on HTTP/80.
Because the web application is in the DMZ with HTTPS, but users are redirected to the NGFW HTTP portal, the firewall still intercepts the session before policy forwarding occurs.
Recommendations: Check if the HTTP Management Service is active; Review authentication policies carefully; Verify the security policy order; Change the authentication portal port; Check local logon policies/local service bindings
