Route-Based IPsec VPN Support

Hello everyone,

I have a question about IPSec VPN. Is it possible to implement a Site-to-Site IPSec VPN connection using Route-Based VPN? Or does the Athena Next-Generation Firewall only support Policy-Based IPSec VPN?

Greetings

Yes, with the latest version The upcoming Athena NGFW version 8.0.107 introduces Route-based IPsec VPN support, which allows for advanced configurations like running dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) over the VPN tunnel

So u need to plan for an Upgrade, If your business requires the flexibility of route-based VPN (to use OSPF/BGP, for example), you should plan to upgrade to version 8.0.107 once it is officially released.
