Sangfor HCI aSec VM Security Protection Error

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve been experiencing with VM Security Protection in Sangfor HCI aSec.

As shown in the attached image, the VM Security Protection function sometimes changes from Enabled to Error status. This issue usually occurs after the server is completely powered off and then restarted. The service works normally before the reboot, but after restarting, it frequently goes into Error mode.

The main problem is that there seems to be no available method to revert the status from “Error” back to “Enabled.” I have tried several troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked. The only way I have found to restore the function is to completely uninstall and then reinstall the EDR, which forces me to redo all the initial settings and results in the loss of history data.

Could you please advise how I can recover the VM Security Protection from Error status back to Enabled without reinstalling the EDR? Any guidance or permanent fix would be greatly appreciated.
