Hi,

The license expiry date has been extended, but in the NGAF interface, it still shows as license expired.

I've already tried downloading the updated license file from the licensing portal and uploading it to NGAF manually, but the issue still persists.

Additionally, the license status still shows "To Be Updated" in the licensing portal.

Anyone please advise on the solution?

1) First ensure that the renewed license file was correctly downloaded after the extension and manually uploaded through System > Maintenance > License Management.

2) After uploading, reboot the device to apply the changes. If the licensing portal still displays "To Be Updated" verify that the license has been activated on the vendor's portal and confirm that the NGAF's system time is properly synchronized.

3) Clear your browser cache to rule out any display issues.

If the problem persists kindly contact Sangfor support to initiate a forced license synchronization or further investigate any backend-related issues.

Hi, when update finished, you need to restart NGAF.
New license will be updated after restart.

Please try to disable the Sync Option, then proceed with the license import. After the successful import, re-enable the Sync Option to ensure the configurations sync properly.
