Assign a vDisk to a different VM

Hello,

I have scenario.
1 of my VM is crashed and unable to boot. Now for troubleshooting purpose, i want to mount the vDISK of that VM to new VM so i can get the root cause of it. How can i mount those vDISK to the new VM. Is it possible?
