Clarification about how Engine zero and Neural X work together

As far as I undestand Engine Zero is a feature that resides in the Firewall. If some suspicious activity is detected the first analysis is done with Engine Zero , and if this is not enough is called the Nural X service?
I don´t understand how the procedure is.
