Administrator account names

Hi ,

I have administrator account in IAG , I tried to create an account for my colleague but it's saying account already exist

Could you help me how to check existing username and how to create user account for system adminsitrators?

To see existing users in your IAG console:

1. For viewing authenticated online users, navigate to [System Management] -> [Real-time Status] -> [Online User Management].

2. To view all users within an organizational structure, navigate based on your version.

    -For newer versions (IAG12.0.47 or IAG13.X), go to [Access Management] -> [User Management] -> [Local Group/User].

    -For older versions (11.X or earlier), follow similar paths under different menu names as specified above.

Duplicate Usernames: If the system insists the account exists, check for: Case-sensitive username entries.

HiHi,

On the Administrator page, you can set a user account for managing the device on the console. Navigate to System > General > Administrators. The Administrators pane is displayed on the right.
- Click Add to add an administrator account, Delete to delete an administrator account, Enable to enable an administrator account, Disable to disable an administrator account, or Administrative Role to define the permission of an administrator account.
