All versions

Q2:The Cyber Command device cannot be health - checked normally
2.1 Issue Description
1.  According to the User Manual, the Cyber Command device cannot be health - checked normally.
2.2 Solution
1.  Configure the device according to the following.
a)  Log in to the Cyber Command console and go to System > System > General. On the Web UI tab, select Temporarily Enable SSH in the Remote Control area and click OK.

b)  Check whether the port connectivity is normal. (443 and 51111)

c)  On Sangfor Checks, configure the Task Settings and click Start, as shown in the following figure.

2.  If Check Connectivity fails, try clicking Start directly. If an error is still prompted, click Continue to continue trying.

3.  If the inspection is still abnormal, please contact tech.support@sangfor.com.
