Iam 11.6.1 password reset

I have old sangfor m5100 with iam 11.6.1, i already do factory reset with cross cable, but the default user/password won't work it's say "can not match policy" Anyone can help?

Hi, have you already tried this procedure?

Access the Reset Page: Open your browser and go to https://[IAM_IP]/php/rp.php. This will create a file and prompt you to plug in a crossover cable and restart the device.
Disconnect Other Cables: Unplug any other cables connected to the IAM device.
Connect Crossover Cable: Plug a crossover cable into two non-bypass interfaces on the IAM device (e.g., eth0-eth2, eth1-eth3).
Restart the Device: Restart the IAM device.
Wait and Login: Wait for about 10 minutes, then you can log in using the default credentials admin/admin

Please check if the default policy has not been modified or overridden. You can check this by resetting the default policy by logging in to the device using a cross cable connection and navigating to System Management > Policy > Default Policy > Reset to Default. This will restore the default policy and allow you to access the device with the default user and password.
