Can't access the Sangfor NGAF 8.0.47 Web access

Hi, I am completely new to this device.
First I try to configure NAT and network settings. But I am wrong and now I can't access NGAF Web UI and I can't even ping the device, which means it is not connected (even though I know it is online via ip scanner).
I just want to reset all my settings to default so I can access the web admin. So is there a way to do a full reset to default without having to connect to the network?

P.S. I have already tried resetting the password via a flash drive and resetting to factory settings via a cross cable, nothing helped... (and there is no reset button on the device)

Try connect to laptop/computer to port NGAF Manage (eth0) and then set the computer IP Address to 10.251.251.0/24.

Next step, try to connect 10.251.251.251 and try to Restore Config NGAF Default.
