try to troubleshoot what is blocking.
Go to System>Troubleshooting>Precise traffic analysis

SrcIP: EndPoint IP
DscIP: Synology IP

Then Turn On

Hi, which protocol are you allow in your rule? Check here the ports that Synology use for the backup solution you are using (https://kb.synology.com/it-it/DS ... y_Synology_services). After that, create an application rule that allow this specific traffic and protocols for your nas and the clients involved

hi,

Create backup rules based on your needs. Determine the backup frequency, retention periods, and VMs to include in backup tasks.
Use Sangfor aDR function for Disaster Recovery.
> Need to deploy Sangfor SCP with aDR license.
> Need to have second Sangfor HCI cluster as Disaster Recovery site.
> Add the storage with iSCSI/FC protocol to DR cluster.
> Configure the DR policy in Sangfor SCP with required RPO.

HiHi,

Different Synology backup applications require specific network ports. For detailed information, please consult the Synology Knowledge Center web page. Below, you will find some sample configurations for your reference.

Hi,

You can utilize built-in services on your Synology NAS to make copies of your Active Backup for Business data in case of an IT disaster.

Hi, please ensure that the software works as expected by testing on a client that is on the same network of your nas. Double check firewall on the client, like windows firewall. After this, try to perform traffic analysis as suggested before setting source ip (the clients) and destination ip (your nas) and perform a manual backup. Please post here the results
