You can add two types of interfaces to a Sangfor Layer 2 zone:

3. VLAN interface

VLAN interfaces are the primary interface type used within Layer 2 zones. They represent virtual LANs (VLANs) that segment the network traffic on a single physical interface. Each VLAN interface carries traffic for a specific VLAN, allowing for better network organization and security.

2. Virtual interface

While less common, virtual interfaces can also be added to Layer 2 zones in some Sangfor NGAF models. These interfaces are logical representations of physical interfaces and can be used for functionalities like link aggregation or redundancy.

Here's why the other options are not suitable for Sangfor Layer 2 zones:

    1. Route interface: Route interfaces are Layer 3 interfaces used for routing traffic between different networks. They wouldn't be directly added to a Layer 2 zone, which focuses on switching traffic within the same Layer 2 broadcast domain.
    4. Mirror interface: Mirror interfaces are used to copy traffic from a specific physical port for monitoring purposes. While they might be associated with a Layer 2 zone if the mirrored port belongs to that zone, they are not directly added as functional interfaces themselves.
