VMware to HCI migration will stop at 95%. It require users to manually power off the VM to complete migration process. Also its better to use sangfor migration tool for smooth migration

The migration stuck at 94/95% during an HCI cluster migration due to network latency, insufficient resources (CPU, memory, disk space) or issues with the underlying storage or replication process.

It may also involve problems with data consistency, lingering snapshot operations or a bottleneck in the migration tool especially when moving large datasets or handling complex cluster configurations.
