When WAN interface is not configured correctly and Double-check the filters in the Report Center module. Sometimes, certain traffic types can be excluded unintentionally.

If you can't see inbound and outbound traffic in the NGAF Report Center, ensure traffic logging is enabled in the policy settings. Confirm security policies cover both directions with logging activated. Verify network interfaces and zones (LAN/WAN) are correctly assigned. Check the Report Center filters, such as time range, zones, and traffic types. Make sure all protocols like HTTP and HTTPS are included in traffic inspection. Confirm there is enough storage for logs and no retention limits. Ensure the NGAF firmware is updated and all traffic flows through the NGAF device. Use real-time monitoring and logs to verify traffic visibility.

The primary reason could be due to how interfaces are configured or because certain logs or attributes are not enabled correctly:

- Ensure that interfaces are properly configured as they might not be involved in traffic auditing.
- Verify that audit logs are enabled so that all relevant data gets recorded.
- Make sure that WAN attributes are correctly set up on interfaces.

it's likely due to a configuration issue, filters in the report, or a limitation with the traffic logging setup. Adjusting the logging settings, report filters, and ensuring proper traffic capture should resolve most issues related to missing traffic data in the reports.
