Controlling User Log In

Is there any way to disable user log in if the user is already online? It logs out on the thin client when the credentials are logged in into another device.

The VDI system inherently prevents multiple simultaneous logins with the same user account by automatically logging out the first session when a second login occurs. This behavior is built-in and does not require additional configuration to prevent a second login; the system enforces that only one active session per user is allowed at a time.
If you want to further control or restrict user logins, such as limiting login times or client IP addresses, you can configure these restrictions via Policy Sets or Endpoint Security rules in the VDC. For example, you can set login time schedules or restrict login IP ranges to control when and where users can log in, but these do not specifically block a second login if the user is already online—they control access conditions instead.
Therefore, to prevent a second login, rely on the default behavior where the first session is logged out automatically upon a new login with the same user account. No extra setting is needed to enforce this single-login policy.

It's a single-session enforcement policy.
When the same user logs in from a second device, the first session gets terminated.
That’s why your thin client session is being logged out.
If It is the opposite (prevent a second login while the user is already active elsewhere).
Yes it is possible, but it depends on the platform you’re using it.
