Dears

I have an 8-node sangfor HCI cluster with AMD EPYC 75f3 32-core CPUs
I would like to create a new cluster with four new server nodes equipped with dual Intel® Xeon® processors 6767P with 64 cores
Are those different clusters of CPU types compatible with migration of virtual machines

Yes, this system can migrate VMs between clusters and CPU compatibility is handled properly.
Cold migration is done with proper testing.

Different CPU vendors (AMD vs Intel) aren’t directly compatible for live VM migration due to instruction set differences. You can migrate via cold migration or backups, but check Sangfor HCI docs for supported cross-cluster migration options and any CPU compatibility or masking features.
