Sangfor IAM unusual behavior

Hi All,

Just want to ask why there are some traffic or users that cannot be seen in Sangfor's IAM troubleshooting menu and also in the Internet Activities view.

We are using 11.9 as its firmware and deploy AD script from their AD server.

Hi aafreen,

Attached is a sample diagram.

I have indicated the ip address and some setup.

Main issue : Limit upload speed for all user for specific application - Google Drive
Side issue : Flow monitor does not indicate traffic coming from Google drive's BW management policy

Troubleshooting issue : no logs and traffic seen in the Sangfor IAM's troubleshooting menu and in Internet activities.

Network uses two types of network setup to access the internet GW to FW and FW acts as HTTP proxy server.

There are also users from AD users that are not being seen in the logs of Internet activities.
