I think you are referring to the IP is not showing in IAG's online user list. There might possible the IP address has been added into the global exclusion of IAG, in this case, the IP and Mac address will not show in IAG's online user list.

You may check the setting under System > General > Global Exclusion.

To troubleshoot connectivity issues with a Sangfor IAG device, check the network cables and connections to ensure they are properly configured

It seems like there might be an issue with the Sangfor IAG (Internet Access Gateway) not properly detecting device connections despite the devices being recognized by the router and controller. This could potentially point to a configuration or connectivity issue within the Sangfor IAG system itself. It's advisable to check the network settings and configurations on the Sangfor IAG, ensuring that it is properly configured to recognize and communicate with devices on the network.

Hi,
Can you reach (ICMP) sangfor IAG from you device? This could be an network problem or because you are behind the router and is not properly configured.

Please see some troubleshooting steps you can try based on the provided information

1. Make sure that your device is connected to the same network as the IAG, either wired or wireless. Check if the network settings on your device are correct, including the subnet mask and gateway address. Also try to disable firewalls temporarily on both the device and the IAG to see if they're interfering.

2. Check if IAG is configured to allow access from your device type (e.g., wired clients, specific MAC addresses). Make sure that the port on the IAG used for device access is active and configured correctly.
Double check any access control lists (ACLs) or other security policies on the IAG that might block the device

3. Make sure that the IAG and your device are obtaining IPs from the same server if you are using multiple DHCP servers on the network. There must be no IP conflicts on the network.

4. Try to update the firmware to the latest version to make sure that there is no compatibility issues.

Are you living in the same virtual area as your Sangfor IAG?
Does your computer share a network with Sangofr IAG?
Check the network settings on your PC by looking at the network mask and gateway.
Aim to ping or contact the online user interface by connecting your PC straight to your Sangfor iAG on the management port.

Use network discovery tools like ping or traceroute from the Sangfor IAG to the device. This can help identify where the communication is breaking down.
