IAG Access Management in Endpoint users

jsix Lv2Posted 2022-Nov-28 13:49

Hi All,

I am currently configuring IAG in Access Management. Details below:
1. User self registration - successful in laptops/pc.
2. Endpoint Registration - upon entering to Wfi SSID, unable to connect and no authentication popup.

May I seek for assistance? Thanks.

Please try to access any http website instead of https, there is a certain chance IAG not able to intercept https traffic and do the re-direction to the authentication page. Besides, please update the endpoint device that is not able to prompt the authentication page, does that happen to all devices or just specific devices?
Is this answer helpful?

IAG can't intercept https traffic that is why the problem exist.

User Group must created first. That is the key

You must create a User Group first in the policy tab

Did you create a "User Group" in the "Policy tab" and "Enable User authentication". If yes, please select the "Authentication Zone" then in the new window appear choose the connection you set (ex. LAN, WiFI, RivSy, WAN) and add new "Authentication Policy" (for name you choose Rivsy or what you like to do). In the below "Server Type" choose "SSO, Local or external password" then in the "New User Option" select the user group that you created and choose OK.
After that you can test it
