the post and the title is 2 different thing, if you want to know NGAF block something you need to use the troubleshoot and check whether the port you need is being block or not, and you can change the policy in policies menu under access control

Check if there is a new policy created and check if the UDP port is block. If not UDP port is open since this is open by default.

If a specific UDP port is being blocked, check the logs. You can then determine which policy prevented access to that UDP port.
