best Practice for file sharing

Please some advice,

Recently  I Installed NAS for file sharing, i have add policy to allow all connection to NAS Ip address.
on security log its allowed, but in fact i have problem to access file such as excel file cannot be retrieved and cannot be saved.

This has to do with the permission policy

Hi, this issue has been resolved, the problem was in content security. there was a policy with default configuration option which is checked documents file scanned by engine zero

Check the NAS settings, and check also the user's access.

The shared folder you want to access exists in Control Panel > Shared Folder. If the shared folder is encrypted, make sure that it is mounted.

The NAS has a setting of "separation of access". You can dig to it and check if there were permissions needed

If only Excel. Check the access rights on the specifice file - the excel file

Check the user's right. It may be read only so that is why it can't access the file
