I can not see my 4 NICS in the list which are 25 gig (Intel(R) Eth E810-XXVDA2), connected in PCIe slot. Server model is (ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Plus).

Sangfor HCI is 6.7.0_R2_EN Build20220428. How can i see my 25gig NICS?

Enter your mobile phone number and company name for better service. Go

Kindly check first the compatibility of your NIC card with the HP server. If it's compatible, you can reseat the NIC card or try inserting it in different PCIe slot if there is still available.

Here is the solution to fix this issue, Every component which is present in the server is compatible.
First we need to install sangfor ISO (Sangfor_HCI6.7.0_R2_EN(20220428) after that we need to install service pack package (sp-HCI-6.7.0_R2_EN-E810_cold-20220609.pkg). Once this service pack will be installed then you can see/visualize 25gig NICs on Sangfor HCI. Go and enjoy

Try to use other NIC card to isolate the problem either driver problem or nic card problem

The product Standard Models page now links the model SKU numbers to the spare parts list for each model found on the HPE PartSurfer web site

To begin with, see if the NICs can be detected in the BIOS. If so, see if 4 NICs are supported by the software/OS.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to manage and determine whether the NIC card is faulty and to contact HPE Support for assistance in finding replacement parts. Put the NIC card back in.
Try to see if there is any hardware especially related to NIC cards that has been detected in the HPE iLO inventory area. Boot from the OS and then check the network to see if the Gig port is present.

Please make sure your NIC card is compatible with the HP server first. If the NIC card is compatible, you can try reseating it or, if a separate PCIe slot is still open, trying inserting it there.

Please perform the following troubleshooting guide for you to manage and identify if the NIC card is defective and get help with HPE Support for the replacement parts.

Reinsert the NIC card.
Try to check from the HPE iLO inventory section if there is any detected hardware specifically to NIC card.
boot from OS then checks in the network if there is any presence of the Gig port.
Try to reinstall the drivers or update from HPE download support for the latest driver.
