E.g a we haev a group of user to whom i just want to allow access to Amazon AWS..

how should i troubleshoot it and find what is blocking him access.

I went to system > diag > troubleshooting .. enabled it and enter user ip and enable bypas mode for that ip and it showd some log entries. i am unabel to make sense of them. or how to understand from them what is blocking access to that thing.

we moved from TMG to sangfor IAM.
In TMG, troubleshooting was very easy via going to logging and put the user IP, and it tells us that which particular rule is denying/applying to the IP.
Kindly add this tool in IAM for easy troubelshooting
