Sangfor Converter unable to login HCI cluster

Issue Description

User feedback that Sangfor Converter unable to login HCI cluster to do p2v migration.
Error message: Failed to log in to node. Authentication failed. Please try again later.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. The PC can log in to the HCI normally.

2. There is no restriction on login IP on HCI.

3. The P2V port is enabled on HCI.

4. User confirm that no port blocked on the Firewall.

5. Client p2v logs showing HTTP 400 error.
Log path: C:\Windows\Temp\Sfp2v\Log

Root Cause

User had enabled the Session Security feature on HCI, causing Sangfor Converter fail to connect HCI.
(HCI - System - Advanced - Session Security: Enable cluster login encryption)

Solution

Disable the "Enable cluster login encryption".

Suggestions

You may re-enable the cluster login encryption option after migration is done.
