Issue Description

A few pages are inaccessible after opening Connection Sharing.

Handling Process

1. Open the browser developer tool, when accessing the intranet domain name, there is a page redirected to IAM to insert a cookie. It is known that the Connection Sharing function causes the webpage to fail to open. The Connection Sharing function inserts the cookie using port 89.

2.After the domain name is added to the global exclusion, it can be accessed normally.

Root Cause

One of the principles of the Connection Sharing function: the PC accesses the web page, the IAM redirects a connection, and the PC requests the redirect link. The IAM obtains the cookie value of the PC from the requested packet of the PC, and saves it locally. When the PC opens the web page, it will also carry different cookie data. At this time, the IAM will check with the local data. If it is inconsistent, it will judge the sharing behavior. Some websites cannot be loaded because of links that contain cookies, but relatively few, if possible, it is recommended to add to Global Exclusion.

Solution

Add this inaccessible page to Global Exclusions.
