Wacom Tablet config on Thinclient

Ivan Pavan Lv1Posted 2019-Jun-18 22:58

Good morning,
I am testing the VDI system and cannot configure the Wacom Cintiq tablet on the VM.
The tablet is physically connected to the thinclient (STD-500) via USB 3.0 (on a front door) and via HDMI and the drivers are correctly loaded, but it is not configured by the VM.
Can someone help me? Thanks a lot!

Hi. I insert the VIDID code of the tablet in the "Mappings" folder of "USB device whitelist / blacklist", as suggested by the manual. The tablet is now recognized but the pointer does not follow the pen movement and does not work properly.
I opened a request for assistance, I hope to solve the problem soon.
