What's confusing is that your 6.8.0_R1 NGAF cluster does not include the "Export Configuration" option. Version updates frequently result in interface adjustments, but a fundamental feature like system configuration export shouldn't completely vanish. There are two possibilities:

Interface Reshuffle: It's possible that 6.8.0_R1 moved the export function. Look for comparable options by exploring other menus such as "System Maintenance" or "Backup/Restore". For detailed information on exporting, refer to the release notes or 6.8.0_R1 documentation.

Bug or Permission Glitch: The export button may be hidden due to a software bug or insufficient user privileges. To report the missing option and determine whether it's a recognized problem or unique to your situation, get in touch with Sangfor support. In 6.8.0_R1, try logging in with a more privileged account as access may be limited.

Upgrade the DR cluster to Sangfor HCI 6.3.0_R1

Because of the possibility of downtime and compatibility issues, this is the least advised choice. Only take this into consideration if other choices are not practical and the export feature is essential.

You are experiencing the problem maybe because the 2 HCI has different versions. Please check the versions and update them

You must upgrade both devices to the same firmware version in order to prevent any problems.

There are differences in features due to the version of the HCI.

While not available through the online interface, some Sangfor HCI functions may be available via the CLI. To find out whether exporting the configuration via the CLI in version 6.8.0 is feasible, consult the Sangfor HCI documentation or get in touch with Sangfor support.
This technique may be more technical than utilizing the web interface and needs experience with the Sangfor HCI CLI commands.

The 6.3.0 and 6.8.0 editions of your HCI system appear to have different functionality or user interfaces depending on the version. Check the documentation or interface of that particular release for any updates or changes in the procedure before exporting the system configuration in the 6.8.0 version. It's conceivable that in the updated version, the export choice has been moved, renamed, or changed.

It seems like there might be version-specific differences in the user interface or features between the 6.3.0 and 6.8.0 releases of your HCI system. To export the system configuration in the 6.8.0 version, check the documentation or interface of that specific release for any changes or updates in the process. It's possible that the export option has been relocated, renamed, or modified in the newer version. If you can't find the export option in the expected location, consult the product documentation, release notes, or support resources for guidance on how to export the system configuration in the 6.8.0 release of your HCI system.
