Summary:

There is an Option in NGAF -> SOC -> Whitelist/Blacklist -> "Temporary Blocklist" I want to disable this feature, because LAN IPs and DNS IP are getting Temporarily blocked. Kindly share the solution ...

I don't think you can disable the whitelist and blacklist function since that is the basic function of NGAF.

Lets remove usage of "blacklist" and "whitelist", they are: An historic bad labelling of people; Provide no context: "what is listed in them"?

It's not possible to disable the feature.

The balcklist and whitelist is just a list what to block or allow.

Make sure you have not added your priority sites to the blacklist list because it will block all the traffic on the list.

The items on the Whitelist and Blacklist can be unchecked and deleted.

Its not the whitlelist or blacklist. There should be another who is doing the blockings

Whitelist and Blacklist function can't be disable. You just add what to block or allow.

The Whitelist and Blacklist functions cannot be disabled, but the items on the Whitelist and Blacklist can be unchecked and deleted.
By the way, IP addresses or domain names added to the whitelist are not subject to NGAF policy, whereas those added to the blacklist will only result in network layer blocking.

You cannot disable the Whitelist and Blacklist function but you can uncheck and Delete the items listed in the Whitelist and Blacklist.
BTW, IP or domain that is added in the whitelist is not controlled by the NGAF policy and added IP or domain in the blacklist will be blocked by the NGAF at the network layer only.
