Update and upgrade and try to use wild card symbol "*" again

Have you tried to update the firmware version to latest and try again adding the custom URL? If the issue still persist, Kindly use the Live Support Chat to seek for assistance as there might be a bug

The second type of application refers to URL groups defined on the page displayed after you chooseObjects > Application Signature. URL groups are a sub-class of the Visited Websites type. This type isused to recognize websites visited by intranet users based on HTTP data. URL groups are classifiedinto embedded URL groups and custom URL groups. URL groups cannot be edited or added in theApplication Signature. Instead, they are reused here. To edit a URL group, choose Objects >Application Signature.

Please use "*" as wildcard symbol that broadens a search
isabelita Posted 24 Oct 2022 15:14
Custom URL that you input has invalid parameters.
Natsu Dragneel Posted 24 Oct 2022 14:37
The parameter type is not supported.
Noah19 Posted 24 Oct 2022 14:09
Can you try to use wildcard?
Adonis001 Posted 24 Oct 2022 13:59
I think you just pasted the word copied from a webpage.
VanFlyheights Posted 24 Oct 2022 13:29
Does not match because Sanfor has no yet category like your looking for

Thanks for pointing out the problem, we currently verifying with the HQ team and will get back to you asap. Perhaps, you could create a new policy instead of adding URL under the predefined policy.
