hi, it looks like that there are some unsupported device connected on this server. Checking here the compatibility list ( https://www.sangfor.com/cloud-an ... compatibility-chart ) your server is compatible with the latest HCI 6.9.0 . I suggest you to try formatting your usb key and redo it with the latest hci iso (don't use idrac iso redirect to install it). Keep in mind to erase all raid configuration before starting HCI install
