1. Check physical connectivity and ensure that all cables are interconnected from the thin client to the projector. You may also want to check if the cables are in good working condition
2. Confirm that both thin client and projectors are powered on
3. You may check if the source selected in the projector is correct (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, etc)
4. you can also try to update the graphics driver to the latest or compatible version
5. check if the resolution and refresh rate of the thin client is compatible to the projector
6. sometimes, a restart on either or both devices will resolve the issue
