Check the network cables and connections to ensure they are properly configured. Verify the device's IP address and subnet mask settings to confirm they are within the same network range as the LAN. Also, inspect the firewall settings on the Sangfor IAG device to make sure it allows traffic from the LAN. Check for any software or firmware updates for the Sangfor IAG device that might address compatibility issues.
