To troubleshoot connection issues with an ATEM Mini device, try connecting the device directly to your computer and disabling Wi-Fi. Make sure both the ATEM Mini and the computer are on the same subnet with different last IP addresses. Check that the device is recognized by the ATEM Setup software and that it is plugged into the Ethernet. If you receive a "Failed to connect" message, try switching to a different CAT6 cable and restarting the device
