It appears that the DHCP scope has not been configured correctly.
Please ensure that the start and end IP addresses for the DHCP scope cover 192.168.0.101.
Based on the information provided, it seems that the scope only goes from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.100, which means that 192.168.0.101 is outside of that range.
To address this issue, you will need to expand the DHCP scope to include .101.
