Issue Description
Every time when we migrate the VM from vcenter to sangfor HCI ,we are facing the GUI issue on VM. There is some specific version of OS where we facing GUI issue in server edition like windows server 2003 or below and in linux mostly in some old version.
Handling Process
·        First we observe the behavior of different OS after migrating from VMware to Sangfor.
·        Then we observe the Resources of  VM.
·        Then we observe the connectivity of the VM.
·        After, we notice that every time when we migrate the VM it’s going to detect by default some specific VGA Adopter.
Solution
·        After migrate your VM from Vmware to Sangfor before powering on you have to GO in HCI and perform the mentioned below step for mention above problem resolution.
Step-1
Log in to HCI
Step-2
In HCI Go toSearch Bar and Search your Migrated VM.

      





Step-3

Click on the highlighted knob and select Edit.


Step-4

In Edit Setting of Migrated VM Select Other Hardware.


You will see the gray-out VGA Adopter, it’s gray due to VM is Powered on .
VGA adopter: QXL Graphics adopter, it’s by default on migrated VM.


You have to expand the adopter list and select the Standard VGA Adopter.



Click ok.

Step-5
In last you will Power on the VM, and GUI willwork normally as it was on VMware.
