Yes, It supports the BGP Routing protocol. To the best practice, The NGFW solution should implement In line to the ISP connection point or after the WAN router solution. After all It's depend on the Client purpective.

Routing protocol are Static, Policy-based, RIP, OSPF, BGP. And YES, it support BGP and Sangfor is an L2 to L7 security so the best position of it is after the ISP Router to the network.

It supports static routing, RIP v1/2, OSPF, BGP, and GRE. The best positions of NGAF in a network is usually behind the internet connection at it checks the connections both incoming and outgoing from internet or going to the internet.
