Please check following
1. Check the internet connection
2. Did you change the SSL-VPN port? Please check what is your SSL-VPN from menu SSLVPN >> Login Option >> HTTPS Port (default is 4430).
3. Make sure SSL-VPN port was not blocked

There is something that make you disconnect to the internet. Check Internet Settings and connectivity to Web Agent.

Check Firewall Webagent first, than look at policy that you have created.

Disconnect to internet and then reconnect again to reset the connection.

The status "disconnected" means that there is no connection from Web agent to the Sangfor device vice versa. Check the following for troubleshooting:

1. Check the device with Web agent if it has the correct IP and has connection to the Internet
2. Check the Firewall that the Web agent is connected, maybe it has policy that blocks the connection.
3. Check if you have proxy setup that blocks also the connection.
4. Restart the device.
