Hi Brother,

Can please let us know what do you mean by binding Public IP and Private IP ?
Did you mean you want to bind users IP and MAC addresses ?
Is this answer helpful?

Thanks for your reply,

But I mean.
Customer have a domain name "www.cms.mmtmgroups.com".
If i ping cms.mmtmgroups.com,

C:\Users\Hein Soe>ping www.cms.mmtmgroups.com

Pinging www.cms.mmtmgroups.com [66.96.147.109] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 66.96.147.109: bytes=32 time=306ms TTL=238
Reply from 66.96.147.109: bytes=32 time=306ms TTL=238
Reply from 66.96.147.109: bytes=32 time=307ms TTL=238
Reply from 66.96.147.109: bytes=32 time=307ms TTL=238

Instead of replying 66.96.147.109, I want to reply 103.197.196.238.

Best Regards
Hein Soe

Noted,
Please note that there can be two possibilities.

1. If Customer have internal DNS and they want user from Intranet to access this domain then you need to change Users DNS to NGAF and config DNS mapping or change DNS configuration directly. (Image attached)

2. If Customer have external DNS and both users from Internet and Intranet wants to access the domain then you must need to ask ISP to change the IP. Because this 66.96.147.109 is result from ISP, maybe DNS ip got changed.

I hope this helps you out.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,
Muhammad Talha
