HiHi,

Essentially, VRF uses the same methods of virtualization as virtual VLAN. They are equivalent to the Layer 3 version of a Transmission Control Protocol/IP layer of a VLAN. Because both routing instances operate independently, they can use the same IP address without any friction.

Vlan Interface:
Interface name: Set VLAN ID. Which VLAN the device needs to join, fill in the corresponding VLAN ID.
Basic Attributes: Set whether the VLAN interface allows PING
IP Assignment: Can choose static IP or DHCP. Static IP address: Fill in the IP address of the corresponding VLAN network segment.
Link State Detection: The advanced configuration is the same as the routing interface setting method.

VRF, in essence, employs the same virtualization techniques as virtual VLAN. They are the Layer 3 equivalent of a Transmission Control Protocol/IP layer of a VLAN. Because both routing instances are autonomous, they can use the same IP address without conflict.
