Check the last configuration of VPN. I think the issue pops up on your last config because it detected a duplicate when it is configured.

You should have a record or a list of IPs on all of your network to monitor the conflict.

Basically there is warning to the firewall that says that subnet is already use before you can configure or add subnet

you have same network on different interfaces which is not a good practice for routing or VPN etc. Check your all classless networks and assign IPs to VPN peers accordingly.

The issue is IP subnet conflict. A VPN connection must not have the same subnet on both ends, so you must check this and change the subnet to resolve the issue.
