Internal Server Error

Hi,

Does anyone encounter internal server error when access the passive NGAF firewall? I check the port number is open and peer IP is also pingable. Thanks

Hello, are you using proxy server? if yes please remove the proxy server ip then reconnect to the NGAF again.

Hi Dear,
First check system time, if not than press Ctrl + F5 to hard refresh browser page.
If both not work than do configure static ip on your PC / Laptop interface i.e. 10.251.251.252 than refresh browser page.
