Bug Phenomena:
In HCI 6.3.0 version, when the host enters maintenance mode and exited maintenance mode, there will be a leftover configuration file which will cause "dts" module fail to start. When "dts" module is not running, it will resulting in the failure of data balance, data reconstruction, and slow disk functions.
Note: The data synchronization will still function normally.
Dts module: Distributed task debugging module, which is the cluster task scheduling module of vs.

Trigger conditions:
In HCI 6.3.0 version, this problem is triggered when any host included in the virtual storage volume has enters maintenance mode and then exits maintenance mode.
It only exists in HCI6.3.0 version.
HCI6.3.0R1 and above has resolved this problem.

Root Cause:
When the host enters the maintenance mode and exited maintenance mode, there will be a leftover configuration file of the maintenance mode. When the "dts" module detects this configuration, it mistakenly judge that it is in the maintenance mode, and the "dts" module cannot be start.

How to check:
1. Verify the current version whether it is HCI6.3.0_EN.
2. Verified if any host with Virtual Storage have enter single host maintenance mode before.

Solution:
Upgrade to HCI6.3.0R1 or above.
