Newbie821546 Lv1Posted 04 Jul 2021 11:49

I have two IP address range circulating in our office. The 10.XXX.XXX.XXX and 192.168.XXX.XXX. I'm having trouble configuring this one because the IP Range 10.XXX.XXX.XXX only has the internet access while the other didn't have. What I need to do to make this work?

try to check on your
1. Access control policy or if the Range of your IP is specified or selected on the Objects or in the Source (LAN IP) selection.
2. Is 192.x.x.x in SNAT?

Hope this helps.
