Issue Description

VM with restored mode that has joined AD domain unable to login to Windows with domain account.

Error/Warning Information

When domain user trying to login with its domain account, the Windows promt out 'Login on this endpoint device is not allowed'.

Handling Process

1. Related resources already join domain.
2. Perform testing by creating a vm with dedicated mode and restored mode. Try login with dedicated mode VM with domain credential, able to login successfully. But login with vm with restored mode, it can't login successfully.
3. Check with the AD server configuration, the privilege has open for all PC.
4. Try login VDI client with AD domain credential, it able to login to restored mode vm.

Root Cause

For VM in restored mode, user has to login VDI client with domain credential because the VM is restored to default and will according to the domain credentials that login to VDI client. When the domain user has successfully login to VDI client, the VM has already joined domain and do not need to authenticate the user again as it already authenticate in VDI client.

Solution

Login VDI client with domain account.
