Issue Description

The customer feedback theyconfigured to globally exclusion for certain network segment, but the global exclusion does not take effect. The PC on the network segment still needs to be authenticated before it can access the Internet.

Handling Process

1. Check the configuration.

2. Found that there is a problem with the format of the customer to fill in the network segment. 192.168.20.0 is not a network segment, no subnet mask is written, and a subnet mask is written to fully describe a complete network segment.
3. Modify the format and write the full subnet mask. Then the PC on the network segment can access the Internet normally.

Root Cause

IP is not filled in according to the specified format.

Solution

View the format description and use the subnet mask to fully describe a network segment according to the format specification.
