Unable Load The Log From IAM

Issue Description

Customer feedback that unable check for the log, when click on web browsing will shows “Unable to load data! You have no permission to visit this page”.

Handling Process

Checked customer log is because of license key only allow user login through using USB key.

Solution

  • After confirmed with customer doesn’t use any USB key, regenerate the license key for Multi-function License.
