Issue Description

The domain users in the online users list suddenly went offline.

Handling Process

1. The customer said that there were more than 190 domain users online and were authenticated using script mode SSO. Now there are only a few domain users are online.
2. The customer said that he only removed the IP & MAC binding but after checking the admin logs in the report center found out that customer has moved the authentication policy. The Open Auth policy was moved to the first row and the Open Auth policy has included the SSO’s IP address and has enabled automatic IP and MAC binding as shown in the figure below:
3. Customer environment is a layer three environment,  and does not enable MAC acquisition across L3 network, causing the IP to bind the core switch MAC. The single sign-on users in the SSO policy are all online with this binding relationship, that is, using the same IP to go online. The customer re-delete the binding relationship and moves the Open Auth policy to the first row and then only start showing the domain users online.

Solution

Re-adjust the authentication policy, remove the binding relationship, remove the users bound by IP & MAC binding, and re-login with single sign-on and the issue is solved.
